Apriem Advisors’ paid internship program is designed to give students exposure to the various fields of
finance. Each week of the internship focuses on a different topic including each of Apriem’s four
departments, personal finance, private equity, and more. Interns can expect to walk away with a greater
understanding of the different roles and responsibilities within the financial services industry and a
better idea of what area of the business they can see themselves in.
Internship Semester: The internship program runs for 6 weeks during the summer. Exact dates are
determined once we have selected our two internship candidates and know their school schedules.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Various reading and/or research assignments
• Being prepared with questions to ask our team during lectures
• Answering the phones and helping with various administrative tasks
• Completing departmental projects independently and as a group
• Presenting case studies and investment research to the Apriem team

Requirements:
• Pursing or have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Have interest in or begun studying for the CFP® Exam or CFA Exam
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with eMoney software is a plus
• Personable, great work ethic, and good communication skills

Other Information:
• Interns will be required to bring their own laptop each day. Parking passes and any other tools
needed to complete internship tasks will be provided by Apriem Advisors.
